Job Description
The Assistant Controller 2nd Stage will facilitate communication between field teams and accounting, conduct financial analysis, and oversee key accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting within commercial construction, and expertise in job costing, general ledger management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting within commercial construction
- Expertise in job costing, general ledger management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Experience with multi-company structures, including acquired and startup businesses
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain confidentiality
