Job Description
Business Analyst position working with PLM technology in the healthcare domain, with a focus on user experience, compliance, and business agility.
Requirements
- Must have experience in medical device/life science/health care domain.
- Must have working experience in PLM technology.
- Strong working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and tools.
- Skilled in eliciting, writing, and managing user stories, use cases, and process flows;
- Proven ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Testers to align requirements, vision, and delivery outcomes.
- Experience applying compliance and SDLC processes, with thorough documentation of business processes and system configurations.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and user experience, with a mindset focused on business agility, empathy, and measurable outcomes.
