Homeless Assessment Officer

Deliver a high quality customer focused comprehensive re-housing and homelessness service. Work with people in housing need and those who are potentially homeless to identify and address their housing and support needs.

Requirements

• Interviewing and negotiation skills
• Experience of homelessness and housing advice work
• Effective interviewing skills
• Ability to think creatively in finding solutions to preventing homelessness
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Confident user of information technology applications
