Job Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of maintenance practices to efficiently maintain the operation of the plant equipment, grounds, building, and production processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate's degree or the equivalent in experience with knowledge in the electrical and mechanical field.
- Five years of management experience in manufacturing in the breader/batter protein industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work well with ever changing priorities and or situations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to define problems and to resolve them quickly.
- Must be a self-starter who can work well with people at all levels both in and out of the plant.
- Basic understanding of refrigeration principles and applications.
- Must be computer literate with the basic skills in Excel and MS Work.
- Must have an understanding of the capabilities of CAD and the use of PLC type equipment.
