Job Description
The Application Development Manager is responsible for designing, building, implementing, and supporting solutions that enhance the Credit Union's core banking platform and other enterprise applications.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Six (6) years' experience with financial institution technologies
- Experience in software development methodologies, version control, and testing practices
- Leadership and people management experience with an emphasis on coaching, mentoring, guiding and motivating team members
- Ability to influence executive leadership
