Job Description
The Paralegal, Sr will build and improve the Employment Legal team's foundational systems and processes, manage employment intakes, and conduct litigation management, compliance, and investigations. The role will also require project management and collaboration with HR, IT, and Employee Relations teams.
Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of In-house employment paralegal/case manager experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Google Drive / G-Suite.
- Case management / eDiscovery tools (e.g., Exterro).
- Billing / invoice management system.
