Job Description
Direct and manage the medical billing and coding office to maximize cash flow. Oversee billing operations, including coding, charge entry, claims submissions, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in medical insurance and healthcare billing
- Management Experience: At least 5-10 direct reports
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
