Job Description
The Shared Lives Support Officer will provide support to the Shared Lives Team to maintain a high-quality service to customers and carers, and play a key role in the development of the service in line with departmental targets.
Requirements
- Good literacy and numeracy skills to NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Experience of data input and data management ensuring accuracy and confidentiality when required
- Experience of coordinating meetings and handling actions and outcomes
- Experience providing information to the public using good communication skills
- Experience of Shared Lives and the systems and processes required under the schemes policies and procedures
