Job Description
We are seeking a Social Worker (Adults) to join our team in Yeovil, UK. The successful candidate will have relevant multi-disciplinary Social Care experience and a strong understanding of Social Care practice as defined by Social Work England Guidelines.
Requirements
- Relevant multi-disciplinary Social Care experience
- Evidence of partnership working with other agencies
- Knowledge and understanding of Social Care practice
- IT skills
- Ability to speak fluent English
- Possession of recognised Social Work Qualification Degree in Social Work
- Registration with Social Work England
- Ability to prioritise workload
