Job Description
Perform data entry for invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts into SQL Accounting software. Verify the accuracy of invoices and accounting documents. Prepare bank reconciliation statements, general journal, and manage client accounts.
Requirements
- Preferably with experience in basic accounting and computer literate.
- Work independently with minimum supervision preferable with positive thinking attitude
- Excel in Microsoft office & excel.
- Good time management and ability to priorities work.
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and experience in using SQL accounting software will be an added advantage.
