Job Description
The Assistant Admin Executive will be responsible for following up on customer service requests, evaluating and updating requests, organizing and distributing requests, providing information, and assisting with enforcement cases and worker accommodation.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, Degree or higher equivalent.
- Fresh graduates will be considered with training provided.
- At least 2-3 years working experience in clerical position, preferably in Administration Unit.
- Result-driven with diversified knowledge in Administration and Management.
- Knowledge in computerized system.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, unsupervised.
- Good driving etiquette.
