The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for driving sales, managing teams, and developing the Dior Universe. Key responsibilities include setting targets, achieving sales results, optimizing stock levels, and maintaining boutique image.
Requirements
- Drive for results: Increase boutique sales
- Set targets to department managers and define their targets per product categories
- Achieve the targets set
- Optimize stock levels and sell through by knowing the trends and communicating with buyers
- Communicate business updates regularly and efficiently to the Head Office
- Develop sales and management skills of team members
- Recruit staffs, integrate the new comers, motivate the team and develop their skills
- Lead weekly meeting to the whole sales team and participate to department meetings on daily basis
- Develop the Dior Universe
- Maintain Boutique Image
- Control the Back-office Organization
