Job Description
Review bank reconciliation, investigate open items, and support team members. Manage team, provide coaching and mentoring, and work on improvement projects. Liaise with colleagues and financial institutions across various countries.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in General Ledger & Reporting
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing team members
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Professional qualifications e.g. ACCA/CPA/MIA
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of Oracle is preferred
- Experience working in a shared service center across a global/large organization is an added advantage
