Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Service Operations Support is responsible for enhancing service business collections, improving collection days, and coordinating with customers and teams to resolve disputes. They will also build annual operating plans, analyze performance, and drive process automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 8+ years business experience
- Commercial/Operational Finance experience of a region or business
- Excellent excel/ IT skills including experience with dashboards/ automation etc
- Experience in driving results through influencing the cross functional organization, identifying organizational weaknesses and opportunities, and driving action
- Lean operating experience time in a manufacturing or services business
