Job Description

The Branch Executive Director is a key role within Floridas First Coast YMCA with an opportunity to be innovative and make a difference by expanding the Ys footprint within the community.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with minimum of six to eight years experience managing others preferably in a YMCA or other not-for-profit agency.
- Experience in management and development of staff and volunteer involvement; ability to recruit top community leaders.
- CPR and First Aid certifications required.
- YMCA Multi-Team or Branch Leader Certification desired.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- A high level of professionalism is a must.
- Commitment to character development values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
