Job Description
We are looking for Individuals who have a desire to help resolve issues over the Phone. Ability to "smile" thru the Phone is an important prerequisite.
Requirements
- Minimum O level
- Proficient in English and/or any Mother Tongue Dialect
- 1 to 2 years relevant experience in customer service or contact centre
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
- Able to start work immediately or within short notices will be preferred
- Able to work on weekends (as & when necessary)
