Job Description
Seeker Strategies is looking for a Communications Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in political, nonprofit, or corporate communications and is looking for a new challenge.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in writing, research, and media-intensive positions
- Experience placing national print and broadcast stories
- Experience developing media strategies and building relationships with reporters
- Strong writing and research skills with thorough knowledge of AP Style
- Working knowledge of social media strategies for communications campaigns
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to effectively manage multiple projects and handle competing deadlines
