Job Description
The Compliance Assistant Manager will strengthen AirAsia's brand image and customer advocacy, promoting compliance and value within the organization and externally.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the areas of Compliance or Risk Management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Good communication and thinking skills
- Self-starter and able to work in a team
- Detail oriented, creative, analytical, and good with numbers and analysis tools
- Positive with self and others, good in relationship management, and able to influence others
- Integrity, ethics, respect and service minded; able to collaborate with others from different cultures with different values
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
