Job Description
We are looking for individuals with passion and IT expertise to help us improve the delivery of our systems and services. The role involves performing day-to-day computer operations, monitoring online services, and providing operational support. The ideal candidate has prior working experience in a service desk operations or data center environment, familiarity with incident management process, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Ability to work on 12 hours rotating shift including weekends and Public Holiday
