Job Description
Provide customer support via live chat; display excellent work etiquette and patience. Coordinate and monitor all customer's orders from submission until final delivery. Liaise between customers and the internal Operations Team.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
- Experience in Zendesk, Live chat or any other Customer Service Communication Channel
- STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field
