Direction of Operations

Reporting to the Managing Partner, the Director of Operations will be responsible for company-wide processes, leading a team of five across various functions. Strong business operations and business process management experience is required.

Requirements

• Degree in Business/Finance
• At least 2 years of experience in a business operations role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement
• Analytical in nature and has strong knowledge and experience in a wide range of business functions
