E-Commerce Intern

We are seeking an e-commerce intern to be a part of our growing team at Island Living, a well-known homewares and interiors e-commerce brand in Singapore.

Requirements

• Day to day management of website (Shopify) and associated apps
• Managing the creating of new products and updating inventory on our online (ERP) system
• Editing and uploading product photos
• Maintaining and updating the online store while ensuring all content (pages, products and prices) are displayed accurately
• Maintaining accurate records of our master data
• Respond to customers order enquires, exchanges, refunds or complaints
• Coordinate order fulfilment by working closely with logistics and warehouse team
• Other ad-hoc duties as required
