Job Description
Join the Iowa Department of Natural Resources as an Environmental Specialist to help protect drinking water in the State of Iowa and ensure public health for all communities. The role involves reviewing compliance data, drafting and revising operation permits, and providing technical assistance to public water supplies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in natural science
- Equivalent combination of experience and education substituting one year of full-time professional work in an environmental, radiation control, environmental health or food sanitation program for each year (30 semester hours) of the required education
