The Foreman is responsible for coordinating tasks, supervising workers, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The role requires experience in construction procedures and equipment, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a high school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade.

Requirements

• Proven experience as construction Foreman
• In-depth knowledge of Construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
• Able to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
• Excellent organization and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Aptitude in math
• Problem-solving abilities
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements
