Job Description
Manage phone calls, reception area, and administrative matters for a centre, including data management, communication with parents, and supporting the Centre Leader.
Requirements
- Manage phone calls and reception area
- Handle and manage queries from potential parents
- Manage administrative matters relating to centres enrolment, billing, grants, collection, etc.
- Consolidate, maintain and update related databases/records/files
- Manage data required by ECDA/CMS portal
- Communicate with parents regularly on school activities
- Handle and resolve parents complaint
- Assist in supervising children when required
- Assist in centres activities
- Provide administrative support to the Centre Leader
