Job Description
HR Admin Executive responsible for handling full spectrum of HR & Admin functions, including recruitment, employee data processing, work pass applications, and office administration.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/NITEC with 1-3 years of relevant HR, Recruitment and/or Administration working experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc) and collaboration applications
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to interact well with people at all levels
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
- Strong data organization and filing skills
- Meticulous and Attention to detail
