Job Description
The HR Executive will process payroll, manage staff recruitment, and administer staff benefits. They will also handle annual appraisals, salary reviews, and bonus exercises, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Requirements
- Process monthly payroll, income tax clearance, IR8A and CPF submission
- Handles annual appraisals, salary reviews, and bonus exercise
- Prepare HR statistical reports
- Manage staff recruitment to support the organization's business growth
- Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Ensure compliance with local regulations at all time
- Administer staff benefits such as leave, NS make-up pay, medical, insurance claims and government paid leave
- Handle inquiries on all benefits and administration matters
- Staff engagement and retention record keeping for employee personal files
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned
