Job Description
Perform full set of retail staff payroll, calculate OT and incentives, liaise with statutory bodies, monitor staff leave and attendance records, manage employee personnel file and data management, follow-up job descriptions and KPI, and provide HR administrative assistance.
Requirements
- SPM or above qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to keep and operate in total confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Microsoft Office - Words, Excel & Power point)
- Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Able to start work immediately
