Job Description
Human Resource Executive is responsible for performing daily HR duties, administering employee records, and coordinating with business units on manpower movement. The role requires at least 2 years of working experience in a related field and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- NITEC / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
- Experience in the Security Industry advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient with Unit4 Prosoft ideal and SAP HR preferred
- Meticulous with the ability to multitask
- Highly adaptable to change with a positive mindset
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Independent and confident in dealing with internal and external customers
