Job Description
IT Support Assistant responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications, as well as providing helpdesk support and troubleshooting system and network problems.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or any equivalent discipline
- Minimum 1 years of work experience as IT support
- Knowledgeable about basic programming
- Able to perform overtime as and when necessary
- Possess good communication skills to deal with all levels of management staff
- Open to fresh diploma/degree graduate from IT
