Lab Manager

We are seeking a highly creative, passionate, and motivated individual to join us in our quest to advance science and defeat disease. The Lab Manager will be instrumental in Frontiers transition to a clinical stage Biotechnology Company, working collaboratively with biologists and bioengineers to enable building the necessary tools for meeting Frontiers goals.

Requirements

• Provide strategic direction, technical supervision, and support to lab users
• Drive improvements in service, efficiency, and cost reduction through standardization of common practices across the company
• Establish and own a business continuity plan including extended-hours coverage and response plan
• Manage lab safety inspections, enforce lab safety policies, and perform quality control activities
• Supervise facilities vendor management and performance against budget in collaboration with finance function
