Job Description
The LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE is responsible for tracking, preparing, and issuing invoices, arranging transportation, and managing client requests regarding invoicing and responding to queries.
Requirements
- Tracking, preparing, reviewing and issuing invoices
- Arrange transportation
- Follow up and update shipment status with customers, ensure products are deliver on time
- Manage client requests regarding invoicing and respond to queries
- Enter all relevant data into accounting software
