Job Description
Conduct feasibility study and project proposal, prepare technical specifications, material take-off, and cost estimation. Interface with vendors, clients, and consultants. Details engineering and project coordination.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years working experience in site coordination/engineering/design and construction work
- Experience in ACMV Systems, Plumbing System, Fire Protection System, Clean Room, Process Utilities System
- Good interpersonal, communication skills, and good analytical skills
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated, patient, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
