Job Description
OFFICE ADMIN ASSISTANT: Will be trained in customer service, marketing, stock and accounting departments, to be a relief staff in these departments. Perform administrative tasks as assigned and handle office maintenance.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Secretarial or equivalent
- Mature, responsible, flexible, proactive at work and efficient at accomplishing tasks assigned
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
