Job Description
Project Administrator job involves attending meetings, preparing minutes, compiling daily reports, and providing administrative and clerical support to site personnel.
Requirements
- Attend all meetings as and when required and prepare the minutes of meetings.
- Compile and prepare daily reports.
- Distribute to all relevant parties.
- Provide admin duties and clerical supports to site personnel: Compiling Materials DOs, Invoices including office stationery.
- Compile progress photos and reports.
- Maintain office filing system including e filing to main office server.
- Provide an auditable trail of incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain Direct Workers time cards and manpower records.
- Maintain records of Utilities Consumption- Diesel, water, electricity.
- Liaise closely with main office staff for the procurement of necessary materials.
- Ensure that all materials ordered for the project are per the approved technical submissions.
- Maintenance admin support as issue quotation and liaise with client etc
- MS Office, MS Word
