Job Description
Welcome and direct visitors, receive and screen phone calls, and maintain an information directory of all departments. Provide information to guests and staff, and make quick responses to phone calls or emails.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support
