Job Description
Full process ownership on quality, yield, damage containment, process capability and stability, cost, CpK and other related KPIs. Perform process window study using standard tools like DoE approach to optimize process in term of cost, and quality. Lead process transfer, process & tool qualification and ramp related projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in process engineering
- Ability to lead and drive Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP)
