Job Description
Assist guests at ticketing counters, sell and redeem tickets, and provide general public and tour group service.
Requirements
- Assist guests at ticketing counters with enquiries
- Sale of Singapore Flyer tickets
- Redemption of Singapore Flyer tickets
- Provide ticketing service to general public and tour groups
- Handle any related enquiries and assist Operations Team when required
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable at the end of the shift
- Assist the Team Leaders in the monthly inventory of Ticketing items
- Cross training and deployment to other sections within the Operations Department
- Perform shifts work
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors
