Trainer

Responsible for training delivery, quality, and coordination for new hire training. Deliver blended learning classes, manage logistics, and communicate with stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in a training role
• Bachelors degree or significant college course work in communication, education, or a related field
• Expertise in planning, implementing, and assessing training
• Excellent communication skills for knowledge transfer and skill development
• Excellent coordination, classroom management, and organization skills
• Ability to use multiple learning methods and link with subject matter
• Knowledge of adult learning and training practices in technical support contexts
• Able to work on a US time zone shift
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Tech Savvy
