Join 615 Ventures as a trusted Legal Counsel and key advisor to the Founder & CEO, leadership team, and key stakeholders. As the sole legal professional, you will oversee and manage commercial contracts, employment law matters, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Be a trusted advisor: Provide actionable legal counsel to the Founder & CEO, leadership team, and key stakeholders, supporting strategic business decisions.
- Shape deals and partnerships: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including sales agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and M&A deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Drive compliance excellence: Ensure adherence to local, national, and international laws, with a focus on data privacy and governance, to maintain compliance and mitigate risk.
- Manage risk and disputes: Lead all aspects of litigation, collaborate with external counsel, and proactively develop strategies to protect the company’s interests.
- Safeguard intellectual property: Oversee and manage the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
- Lead M&A activities: Guide due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and post-transaction integration for mergers and acquisitions.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with HR to address employment law matters, including employee relations, policy compliance, and dispute resolution.
