Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant role in a Nashville-based investment firm, managing daily financial transactions, supporting acquisitions, and ensuring financial reporting accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of accounting experience
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines
• Proactive and willing to take initiative, especially during acquisition phases and periods of fluctuating workload
• Proficient in MS Excel for detailed financial reporting and analysis
• Familiar with financial software (NetSuite or similar) and Google Workspace
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth business integrations
