As a Business Analyst, you'll be a subject matter expert and program leader responsible for analyzing organizational needs, managing complex initiatives, and driving significant improvements across the enterprise. This role blends hands-on analytical and staff support functions with strategic leadership to enhance business processes, ensure compliance, and guide programs within a specialized domain.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a functional or cross-functional business area, such as Information Technology, Project Management, GEOINT, or Information Assurance
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with specialized tools, such as MS Visio, MS Project, or JIRA
- Experience in project management, process improvement methodologies, Six Sigma, and leadership
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business, management, or a related technical field is required or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or ITIL Certifications
