Cloud Solutions Architect

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will lead the design, development, and integration of ashore and afloat network and cloud-agnostic system architectures to meet operational objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system performance and provide guidance and oversight during implementation phases to ensure architectural compliance. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience with enterprise systems engineering in a DoD environment and experience with Red Hat and Microsoft enterprise technologies, virtualization platforms, or hybrid cloud services.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience with enterprise systems engineering in a DoD environment
• Experience with Red Hat and Microsoft enterprise technologies, virtualization platforms, or hybrid cloud services
• Experience with SAN, HCI, and backup or DR architectures
• Experience supporting deployable or tactical IT environments, and with DoD cybersecurity compliance, including RMF or STIGs
• Experience with architecture, design, and implementation of secure AWS and Azure cloud environments
• Experience developing and maintaining infrastructure using infrastructure as code (IaC) principles
• Knowledge of voice, video, and IP-based communications systems
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a CS, IT, or Engineering field
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.11 IAT Level II Certification such as CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNASecurity, GSEC, or SSCP Certification, within 30 days of start date
