Contractor Program Security Officer

Manage the industrial security program and security activities at a customer accredited facility, ensuring compliance with the intelligence community (IC), DoD government, and company security policies, requirements, and procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with applying tailored, responsive, multi-disciplined security support
• Experience with SCI administration
• Knowledge of personnel and physical security policies and regulations, including ICD 705 and Security Executive Agent Directives
• Top Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to analyze complex problems, develop and articulate focused solutions, and take independent action in an often ambiguous work environment
• Ability to provide constructive, tactful, and discrete security advice and guidance to personnel across all levels
