Engineering Management, Director

As the Director of Engineering Management, you will lead and scale our engineering organization with a primary focus on people leadership, delivery predictability, and operational transparency. You will lead a team of Squad and Engineering Managers and ensure the engineering organization delivers on all the structured artifacts, status reporting, dashboards, and visibility commitments defined in our Engineering responsibilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a progressive engineering leadership role
• Experience leading multiple delivery teams, such as squads or ARTs, in a scaled agile environment including SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
• Experience implementing transparency mechanisms such as structured status reporting, dashboards, artifacts, trade-off visibility, and predictable delivery cadences
• Experience building and scaling engineering management layers
• Ability to translate delivery status and risks clearly for Product, GTM, and executive audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
