Role Overview

The Engineering Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for guiding and overseeing the entire engineering function, encompassing Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Test Engineering departments. This role demands a seasoned leader with substantial expertise across various engineering disciplines, ideally within the EMS industry.

What You Will Do

Provides leadership to the engineering team, sets strategic direction, and fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Leads new engineering project deployment initiatives, manages complex manufacturing/process/test engineering processes, and drives site business improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electronics manufacturing
• 5+ years in engineering management/leadership roles
• EMS experience preferred
• Aerospace, Defense, and Medical manufacturing experience required for A&D/Medical MFG sites
