We are looking for a Director of Engineering to oversee the Products Group engineering organization and drive innovation in motion and automation. The role requires a strong background in industrial motor design and motion systems, and experience leading product-focused engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams and processes in a growing organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading product-focused engineering teams
- Strong background in industrial motor design and motion systems
- Experience developing or integrating motor-driven products (automation, conveyors, or similar industrial applications)
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed
- Experience scaling engineering teams and processes in a growing organization
