Health Care Quality Data Specialist

As a quality data specialist, you'll use your data analytics expertise to support client and stakeholder relationships, research, develop, and test data methodologies, and generate cross-functional solutions through acquisition, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of large quality data sets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience performing data management with health data in SQL and Python
• Experience analyzing health insurance claims data in the Centralized Data Repository (CDR), Integrated Data Repository (IDR), or Chronic Conditions Warehouse (CCW)
• Experience with data validation, cleansing, and enrichment techniques to improve the accuracy and completeness of data
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming large volumes of data
• Experience with CMS Quality Reporting Programs and quality measure calculation
• Ability to build and maintain data integrations with internal and external data sources and APIs
• Ability to communicate and clearly explain complex methodologies, and present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
