Apply extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge in the Human Resources function to provide Human Resources operational support to leaders, managers, and employees across the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources business partner roles
- Experience advising on the content of organizational policies and HR programs and processes
- Experience guiding leaders on performance and behavior issues, including administration and facilitation of performance improvement plans
- Experience providing best-in-class service delivery to internal customers
- Experience managing sensitive and critical employee situations and assessing risk in large organizations
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to contribute to projects and support organizational change initiatives to create impact and improve customer experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and 3+ years of experience with employee relations, or 7+ years of experience with employee relations in lieu of a degree
