Senior Human Resources Specialist

As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, you will support the people and HR execution of large scale organizational transformation initiatives and regular HR Programs within Waters. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver complex change across a global operations footprint.

Requirements

• Lead the planning and execution of complex HR programs supporting enterprise initiatives.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to manage people impacts and execution risks.
• Interface regularly with business leaders to provide updates, drive alignment, and resolve issues.
• Analyze workforce and program data to support informed decision‐making and timely course correction.
• Tracks, analyzes, and reports HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness and inform data‐driven decisions.
